About Founders

Jim co-founded Premier Floors and Interiors in Phoenix, Arizona. The company provided design centers for production homebuilders with solutions for flooring, countertops and window treatments. Jim and his partner launched Premier Floors into a thriving business that eventually merged with Arizona’s largest flooring company, FloorWorks, and was eventually purchased by The Home Depot. Jim then served as a senior executive for the new Home Depot company called Creative Touch Interiors.

Upon leaving CTI, Jim partnered with a retired ASAC of the DEA and developed a lockbox for prescription drugs called RxArmory. The RxArmory was awarded a U.S. Patent (USD719344S) and achieved impressive success.

Jim then joined Primera Interiors as President of its commercial division. Although the commercial market was new to Primera, Jim and his team grew the new division quickly doubling sales year over year.

Having been involved with the construction industry for almost 30 years and listening to contractors complain about the old fashioned stucco process, Jim set out to find an alternative product. Teaming up with his business partner they discovered that there was a CORK based spray product being used in Europe and Canada. This CORK based spray is superior to stucco in every way. There is not a more natural material being used in the construction industry! Green Cork Spray™ was founded in early 2022 in Phoenix Arizona. Rather than buy the cork spray from manufacturers in Europe and have it shipped to the U.S., Jim and his business partner teamed up with the world’s largest supplier of raw cork along with a local chemist and Green Cork Spray™ is now being formulated in Phoenix Arizona and sold to applicators throughout the U.S.
